Sonia Blondeau

Sonia’s career started within the French law firms BRL and Avanty Avocats where she was appointed Partner. She then co-founded Alva Avocats.

Sonia assists French and International companies, brokers, asset managers and insurance companies with all compensation and benefits related matters. In particular, she has developed through the years a very strong and highly recognized expertise in the field of employee profit sharing, employee pension schemes and employee share plans She advises distributors with the implementation of schemes and the structuration of funds.

Sonia also teaches at Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas University and hosts training sessions to professionals on these matters. She has written books and press articles on compensation related matters.
Sonia graduated from Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas University (« Master 2, Droit et Pratique des Relations de Travail ») « Master 2 Droit de la Santé, Prévoyance et Protection Sociale ») and was Barred at « Ecole de Formation du Barreau de Paris (EFB) ».

Stéphanie Druelles

Stephanie started her career at Landwell & Associates (PwC) before creating her own independant firm Oz Avocats dedicated to global mobility. Then, she joined Avanty Avocats as Partner prior to co-finding Alva Avocats.

Stephanie assists French and International companies with all aspects of global mobility, international employment law and social security. She has hosted numerous training sessions for the benefit of EURES members (cooperation network between European Commission and public authorities of State members of the EEE).
Stephanie has also been teaching for many years global mobility within several Universities and professionals (Human Resources, payroll teams and mobility managers).
Stephanie graduated from Rennes I University (« DESS, Droit Santé Ethique») and from Bar School of Rennes. She is members of the network of specialized employment lawyers « AvoSial ».

Jean de Calbiac

Jean started his career at the French law firms Fromont Briens prior to co-founding both Avanty Attorneys and Alva Avocats where he leads a team of 20 professionals fully dedicated to compensation and benefits, executive compensation, social and pension provident schemes.

Jean assists French and International companies with compensation, profit sharing, executives, employee share plans as well as negotiations in the context of termination of executives or employees. He also advises companies on complex management packages and governance issues.

Jean is considered as a reference in those matters and received numerous rewards in this respect (Best Lawyer, Legal 500, etc.).
Jean has been teaching for many years at Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas University. He has written numerous books and press articles on compensation related matters.
Jean graduated from Pantheon-Assas Paris II University (« Doctorat en droit privé ; Master 2, Droit social »).

Alexandre de Louvigny

Alexandre’s career started within the French law firms Fromont Briens and Avanty Avocats where he was appointed Partner. He then co-founded Alva Avocats.

Alexandre assists French and International companies, brokers, investment funds and insurance companies with their compensation related matters. In particular, he has developed through the years a very strong and highly recognized expertise in the field of executive compensation matters and employee share plans. He also handles complex compensation law cases for companies in the banking, finance and insurance sectors.

Alexandre also teaches at Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas University and hosts training sessions for professionals on those matters. He has written numerous books and press articles on compensation related matters.
Alexandre graduated from Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas University (« Master 2, Droit privé général ») and was Barred at « Ecole de Formation du Barreau de Paris (EFB) ».

Pierre Laland

Pierre practiced for many years within major law firms, including Bredin Prat, prior to joining Avanty and then Alva Avocats.

Pierre assists French and International companies with compensation, profit sharing, executives, employee share plans as well as negotiations in the context of termination of executives or employees.
He also advises companies on management packages and banking/financial regulation issues.

Pierre teaches students at Pantheon-Assas Paris II University (« Master 2, Droit et pratique des relations de travail » ; « Master 2 ; Droit de la Protection sociale et Rémunérations ») and at Pantheon-Sorbonne Paris 1 University (« Master 2, Droit et fiscalité de l’entreprise »).

Pierre graduated from Pantheon-Assas Paris II University (Private Law Doctorate) and from Montpellier Univesity (« Master 2, Droit des affaires DJCE »).

Lucie Lefebvre

Lucie started her career within a law firm specialized in social benefits prior to joining Avanty Avocats and then Alva Avocats.
She assists mainly insurance companies and professionals with any legal issues related to Compensation & Benefits. More specifically, she assists listed companies, insurance companies and professionals with complex issues in the field of supplementary pension schemes.
Lucie has been teaching for many years to students and professionals Social and Pension benefits law.
Lucie graduated from Paris-Descartes University (« Master 2 Droit de la Santé, Prévoyance et Protection Sociale ») et from Bar School « Ecole de Formation du Barreau de Paris (EFB) ».

Geoffrey Poras

Geoffrey practiced for many years within Baker McKenzie’s tax team prior to joining Alva Avocats.
He assists French and international companies as well as executives and mobile employees with their tax matters (advisory on tax attractive compensation packages, global mobility, tax compliance reporting obligations, etc.).
Geoffrey also assists French and global companies with the implementation and management of their Long-Term Incentives and Employee shares plans (LTI, BSPCE, RSUs, Stock-Options, Share Capital Increase, etc.).
Geoffrey regularly hosts training sessions for professionals and students on these matters.
Geoffrey graduated from Paris-Est-Créteil University (Master 2 Droit des Affaires) and et from Bar School « Ecole de Formation du Barreau de Paris (EFB) ».

Cécile started her career at Avanty Avocats prior to joining Alva Avocats.

She also advises companies on executive compensation matters, insurance regulation, collective healthcare, provident and pension schemes.

Karima El Moujahid

Karima started her career at Avanty Avocats prior to joining Alva Avocats.

She also advises companies on implementation and expansion of employee shareholding plan in France and internationally, and compliance issues related to profit sharing and employee share plans.

Karima hosts traning sessions dedicated to students and professionals on these matters. She also contributed to publications on numerous specialized press topics.

Violette Poutous

Violette began her career with Avanty before joining Alva Avocats.
She mainly assists companies and insurers/intermediaries with all issues relating to group provident and supplementary pension schemes, as well as international mobility. She also advises companies on URSSAF audits and represents them before the relevant courts.

Violette is a graduate of the University of Nanterre (Master 2 in Social Protection and Health Law) and the Aliénor Law School (EDA).

Mélina Lemaire

Mélina started her career as a jurist/consultant at Avanty Avocats prior to joining Alva Avocats.

She assists mainly French and international companies with their executives and employees legal global mobility issues. In the meantime, Melina is completing a Doctorate on Private Law under the supervision of Professor Gregoire Duchange on « challenges of the employment contract in a global mobility context » (« Le contrat de travail à l’épreuve de la mobilité internationale ») at Hauts de France University.

Mélina graduated from Pantheon-Assas Paris II University (« Master 2 Droit Social General »).

Timothée de Prudhomme

Timothee started his career as an apprentice at Avanty Avocats prior to joining Alva Avocats as a jurist/consultant.

He assists companies with their compensation and benefits legal issues. He also advises companies forof the banking, insurance and financial sectors on compensation matters.
Timothée graduated from Pantheon-Assas Paris II University (« Master 2 Droit de la Protection Sociale et Rémunérations ») where he published his thesis on « Exceptional variable remuneration in the banking sector » (« La rémunération variable exceptionnelle dans le secteur bancaire ») (Reward of the best essai).

Nathan Sebbagh

Nathan started his career as a jurist/consultant at Avanty Avocats prior to joining Alva Avocats as a jurist/consultant.

He assists companies with their profit sharing and employee share plan issues.
In the meantime, nathan is completing a Doctorate on Private Law under the supervision of Professor Yannick Pagnerre on the theme « Profit sharing as a leverage of growth and economic recovery tool » (« Le partage de la valeur comme moteur de la croissance et outil de relance ») at Université Paris-Saclay.

Nathan graduated from Pantheon-Sorbonne Paris I University (« Master 2 Droit de la Protection sociale d’entreprise »).

Apprentice

Charlotte Aujard

Charlotte started her career as an apprentice at Avanty Avocats after her studies of a training of general law.
She assists companies with their compensation and benefits legal issues.
Currently Charlotte is completing a Master at Pantheon-Assas Paris II University (« Master 2 Droit de la Protection sociale d’entreprise ») where she is completing her thesis on the theme « Unilateral decision of the employer in the compensation » (« La décision unilatérale de l’employeur en matière de rémunération »).
Apprentice

Augustin Billet

Augustin started his career as an apprentice at Avanty Avocats after a training at Rigaud Attorney’s law firm.

He assists companies with their compensation and benefits legal issues.

In the meantime, Augustin is completing a Master at Pantheon-Assas Paris II University (« Master 2 Droit de la Protection sociale d’entreprise ») where he is completing his thesis on the theme « Profit Sharing in companies of less than 50 employees » (« Le partage de la valeur dans les entreprises de moins de cinquante salariés »).
